After 2020, we were sitting on many dozens of hours of live improvised recorded music. Some of it was in stereo, direct from the tape out of the mixer deck, and some of it was split into four channels, separating Doc B Grover's and Dr JMC's submixes. Thus we took our time selecting and reducing the material. We sent it off to mastering without further edits.
